BraImagine a city where everything on ground level is considered public space... that is the concept of Brasília, the capital of Brazil. Residential buildings are all built with 'pilotis' - the ground level is an open space that allows public circulation under it. From one side of the building you have parks and pedestrian circulation, from the other side, streets and parking places for residents' cars.
